Most interpersonal conversations become difficult when verbal confrontations are required. Whether the individuals care about each other’s feelings or not, there is a personal/professional hierarchy due to one being in a position of power or authority and/or age differences. Oftentimes, people avoid the difficult conversation altogether and continue to have subdued feelings and thoughts which can affect health and relationships. Even if people gather the courage to speak up, the conversation isn’t ever easy as it may not be interpreted in the correct way. Our solution would also provide more consistency (and therefore, reliability) than a third-party individual.
