Holly Williams
Director of Administration
Holly Williams, Director of Administration, has been with ICAT since 2015. She holds a BS in Psychology and an MS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Before coming to ICAT, Holly worked in the office of Continuing and Professional Education at Virginia Tech for ten years.
