The ICAT Observe Studio is designed to accommodate both in-person and hybrid meetings. Its layout and features enable ICAT employees and collaborators to meet effectively, regardless of location. The studio includes:

• OWL device: These video conferencing cameras are compatible with Zoom and Google Meet. They feature intelligent autofocus, a 360-degree field of view, and AI-driven software.

• Large television display: A prominent screen displays Zoom meetings for all in-room participants, enabling seamless interaction between remote and on-site attendees.

• V-shaped table: This layout promotes inclusivity and natural conversation, making remote participants feel integrated into the meeting.

• Floor-to-ceiling whiteboards: Expansive whiteboards offer ample space for brainstorming and collaborative idea sharing.
