Observe

The ICAT Observe Studio is the space for in-person and hybrid meetings. Its features and layout allow ICAT employees and friends to have collaborative meetings no matter where anyone is in attendance. The studio includes: 

• OWL Device: Owl devices are video conferencing cameras compatible with Zoom and Google Meet platforms. They have intelligent autofocus, 360° field of view, and AI-driven software.

• Large Television Display: A prominent television screen displays the Zoom meeting for all in-room participants, allowing for easy interaction between remote and in-person attendees.

• V-Shaped Table: The V-shaped table setup brings everyone together, making remote participants feel like they are part of the meeting. This setup promotes natural conversation and interaction.

• Floor-to-Ceiling Whiteboards: The expansive whiteboards provide ample space for brainstorming and idea-sharing, allowing everyone to contribute visually and collaboratively.
