In our Meetup video, visitors of the festival will learn about the different work that food scientists do to provide us with safe and delicious products, including sensory evaluation, food safety, food chemistry and food processing. We will discuss the science behind kombucha and hot sauce, and show how consumers can participate in sensory studies.
