Mecha Collaboration

In this project, we want to look into developing an accessible platform for creative, non-skilled individuals to bring their ideas to collaborative and intuitive robotic fabrication without the need to write any code. More specifically, in this project, we want to develop a platform based on human and robot interaction processes by focusing on designing a closed-loop, physically interactive, robotic programming system. The purpose of this is to provide a simple way for the human user to give feedback to the robotic system during its automated process to make alterations to its processes on the fly. In this way, we see the robotic system as being an extension of human expression, which can be utilized for the entire range of human interests in art, architecture, construction, and so much more that is yet to be discovered.
