Kang Xia

Kang has a two-way appointment in the School of Plant and Environmental Sciences covering 70% research and 30% teaching.  The foundation of their research program has been about understanding negative human impact on water and soil quality and strategies to remediate the negative impact.  Within SPES, they currently teach two senior level courses and one graduate level course, all of which focusing on water quality.
