Proposal Development Specialist
Ginger Williams, the Proposal Development Specialist, has been working in research administration for since 2007 and received her MA in criminal justice in 2006. In 2011, she was certified and received the designation of Certified Administrator (CRA) from the Research Administrators Certification Council. Currently, Ginger works for ICTAS and ICAT handling all pre-award and post award matters.
