New "smart" vest could save construction workers' lives

New "smart" vest could save construction workers' livesBLACKSBURG (WSLS 10) - Technology could soon be on the market that would tell roadside workers when a car might hit them.

The vest is part of the broader vehicle connectivity research that has been going on for several years.
